Responsibility
Shipping terms follow agreed Incoterms (e.g., FOB, CIF, CFR). Risk and responsibility transfer according to the chosen Incoterm specified in the contract.

Claim Process

- Verification by both parties
- Resolution via replacement, credit note, or refund within 5–7 business days
Refunds
Issued for verified damaged, defective, or non-conforming goods. Processing takes 3–5 business days after verification; bank transfer 5–10 business days.
